Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-1838 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of June, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit B-303B, Windsor West Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as Recorded in Official Record Book 1360, Page 2211, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
