NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 7, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-058459 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on the 6th day of June, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 3876, Cape Coral Unit 53, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 64 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
