Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 11, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-543062 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-10N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and Theresa Harrison, et al. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on the 7 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
All that certain land situate in Lee County, Florida, to wit: Unit 203, Building 14, Phase 1, of the Lakeview at Summer Wind, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official records book 2477, Page 407, and as subsequently amended, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
