Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-055160 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7 day of June, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1801, BUILDING 18, PHASE 6, JASMINE POINTE AT COLONIAL SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3899, PAGE 993 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3946, PAGE 1809 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3984, PAGE 1394, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4009, PAGE 2476 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4223, PAGE 1751 AS FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4390, PAGE 1467 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
