UNIT 20-2, PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGE 714 AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3311 PRINCE EDWARD ISLE #2, FORT MYERS, FL 33907; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 10, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
