NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052874 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, is the Plaintiff and United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service; Fifth Third Bank (Central Ohio); Florida Department of Revenue; Green Heron Landscaping Inc.; Richard J. Green; and Barbara S. Green, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 3, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive right of ingress and egress over and across the North 60 feet of the South 360 feet of the South one-half (S1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE1/4) of Section 2, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, per document recorded in Official Records Book 952, Page 847, Lee County, Florida.
