NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052874 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, is the Plaintiff and United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service; Fifth Third Bank (Central Ohio); Florida Department of Revenue; Green Heron Landscaping Inc.; Richard J. Green; and Barbara S. Green, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 3, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 132 feet of the West 760 feet of the South one-half (S1/2) of the South one-half (S1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4) in Section 2, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Lee County Florida. (Being Lot 14 of an unrecorded plat)
The East 132 feet of the West 892 feet of the South one-half (S1/2) of the South one-half (S1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4) in Section 2, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Lee County Florida. (Being Lot 15 of an unrecorded plat)
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive right of ingress and egress over and across the North 60 feet of the South 360 feet of the South one-half (S1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE1/4) of Section 2, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, per document recorded in Official Records Book 952, Page 847, Lee County, Florida.
