Final Judgment was filed on MAY 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 1 12-CA-52355, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and FREDERICK T. CHARON A/K/A FRED CHARON A/K/A FREDERICK CHARON; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC; CENTRAL PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 10, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 105, BUILDING K, CENTRAL PARK SOUTH THREE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1781, PAGE 4067 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
