Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence North 11Ëš58'23” East a distance of 13.75 feet on the prolongation of the West line of said Lot 4 to the North face of an existing seawall; thence South 65Ëš08'53” East 32.14 feet, on the North face of said seawall and the prolongation thereof, to an intersection with the prolongation of the East line of said Lot 4; thence due South 11.72 feet on said prolongation of Lot 4, to the Northeast corner thereof; thence North 69Ëš 48'18” West on the most Northerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 34.11 feet to the Point of Beginning
