NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 10 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-066248, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY C. ORRISON, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK C/O PRESIDENT, VP OR ANY OFFICER AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT SERVICE, A REGISTERED AGENT, JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY C. ORRISON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, SANIBEL LAKE ESTATES, PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 617, PAGE 636, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
