I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 10, 2013, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7106, UNIT III, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAPTAIN'S COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
