Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28th day of December, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CA-052961 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-22 is the Plaintiff and HERIBERTO ARIZA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERIBERTO ARIZA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MIN#100015700073099901), MIROMAR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MIROMAR LAKES BEACH AND GOLF CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SAN MARINO AT MIROMAR LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of July, 2013 the following property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 603, PHASE 6, OF SAN MARINO AT MIROMAR LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000055534, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
