NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed May 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-056296 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. Plaintiff and R. Scott Riddle and Kimberly A. Riddle, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 902, BUILDING 9, PHASE 4, JASMINE POINTE AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4594, PAGE 713, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4624, PAGE 4043, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4648, PAGE 747, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
