Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 26th day of March, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-005249 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which VERANDAH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THE GISSELBECK FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 39, Block B, (River Point) Verandah, Unit Seven, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 23, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
