NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025854 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CENIECIA GRACESON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; MIRA LAGO WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LESTER LEWIS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A VELMA LEWIS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
