DEGASPER; CARDEL VILLAS AT COVINGTON ASSOCIATION, INC.; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
