NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-022828 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC is the Plaintiff and ARELIS CEPEDA; CITY OF TAMPA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, GANDY MANOR 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PART OF LOT B, OF SAID GANDY MANOR 2ND ADDITION, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 11, OF SAID GANDY MANOR 2ND ADDITION, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 60.0 FEET TO THE WESTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 150.0 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERWESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 2 AND 3 IN SAID BLOCK 11 TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT B, RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 25.97 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT B TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT B, RUN THENCE EAST 69.2 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT B, RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 89.74 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
