NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-012389 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Eleazar A. Rivas, Gladys G. Rivas a/k/a Gladys Rivas, Jane Doe n/k/a Carmen Rivera, John Doe n/k/a Thomas Larrieux, Plantation Homeowners, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, IN BLOCK 1, OF COUNTRY RUN UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
