NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023809 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for BAFC 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and Cheryl L. Sheeks, Scott L. Sheeks a/k/a Scott Sheeks, Bank of America, N.A., Royal Troon Village, Inc., The Eagles Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
