NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001615 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2006-HE8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE8, is the Plaintiff and WALTER HOLMICH; SANDRA HOLMICH; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS COMMITMENT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, AND IS KNOWN AS 6921 DORMANY ROAD WEST, PLANT CITY, FL 33565 BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
THE WEST 160.00 FEET OF THE EAST 800.00 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING SOUTH OF DORMANY ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
