NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 1, 2013, entered in Case No.: 08-CA-20630 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OSCAR W. GARZON; OLGA L. GARZON, WEST BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CHASE BANK USA, N.A., CACH, LLC and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a JENNIFER GARZON are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on August 14, 2013 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed. The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
LOT(S) 4, BLOCK 7 OF THE WEST BAY PHASE 03, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
