NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029482 DI of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI-2004-QS7, is the Plaintiff and Jamal Ayoubi, A/K/A Jamal Ayoubi; Sabiha Sultana; Bank of America, N.A.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, As Successor In Interest to Washington Mutual Bank; Boyette Farms Homeowners Association, Inc.; and , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 20, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 2, Boyette Farms Phase 2a, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 27, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
