NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in case 29-2011-CA-016456 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union and Guillermo Ayala, Brooke R. Ayala, Luis Garcia and AIG United Guaranty Residential Insurance Co. of North Carolina are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 15TH of JULY, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
