NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 25th, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.

Unit 101, Valrico Park Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 17972, Page 293 and Condominium Plat Book 24, Page 130, and any amendments made thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
