NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, 29-2012-CA-004687, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on June 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, IN BLOCK 2, OF BLOOMINGDALE HILLS SECTION “A” UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, AT PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
