NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-005762 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the Alternative Loan Trust 2007-6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Luis A. Pelaez; Margoth Pelaez; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM; Palmera Pointe Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 14th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7902B LANDMARK LANE, BLDG. 12, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
