NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 03, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015745 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AB2 is the Plaintiff and JAMES CONWAY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CONWAY K/N/A REFUSED NAME; THE MADISON AT SOHO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
