NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-033418, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Condominium Association of Waterside III, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Kathleen A. Pfeiffer is Defendant, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 21, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204 in Building 8 of WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM III, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 4639, Page 346 and First Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 4680, Page 36 and Second Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 4847, Page 732 and Third Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 4875, Page 1363 and Fourth Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 5193, Page 373 and Fifth Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 5491, Page 790 and Sixth Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 5513, Page 1841 and Seventh Amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 5822, Page 1371 and Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 17, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
