CONDOMINIUM UNIT 105 IN BUILDING 1 OF LEGACY AT TAMPA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17773 AT PAGE 1053-1268 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
