NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008483, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and IRIS TORRES A/K/A IRIS NIEVES, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., FIRST BANK, A MISSOURI STATE CHARTERED BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA, A FLORIDA STATE CHARTERED BANK, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, WILSHIRE HOLDING GROUP INC., CINDY RIVERA, MARIA D. RIVERA, FRANCISCO TORRES A/K/A FRANCISCO TORRES RIVERA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
