LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH THE INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHERS, OVER AND ACROSS THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LIES EAST OF THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LINCOLN ROAD, LESS THE EAST 243.2 FEET THEREOF.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before June 17, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
