NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12CA004330 (H) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DKR MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST II, a Delaware statutory trust, is the Plaintiff, and GEORGIANNA G. RODRIGUEZ, FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA LAUREN KEENE are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court, PATT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on June 17, 2013, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at the website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com relative to the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
