NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015578 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and KELIER BRUZON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 153, Crestridge Subdivision Second Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 42, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
