NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 18th day of June 2013, at 10:00am at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1, TROPICAL TERRACE UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLATTHEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 42; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
