The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 14th day of June, 2013, the following described property:
THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE EAST 495 FEET OF THE NORTH 195 FEET OF THE SOUTH 220 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, SECTON 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
