NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 01, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006583 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and TERRI Y. DAVIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 140.69 feet of the North 50 feet of the South 264 feet of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida less the East 25.0 feet for the 18th Street right of way as shown of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
