NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11 014769 DIVISION of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST DAISY M. PRICE A/K/A DAISY MCCLAMMA PRICE, DECEASED; BOYCE C. GILLETTE, JR., AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DAISY M. PRICE A/K/A DAISY MCCLAMMA PRICE, DECEASED; OSCAR EUGENE BASS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DAISY M. PRICE A/K/A DAISY MCCLAMMA PRICE, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON ARNOW are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 9 AND THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 10, BLOCK 13, IDLEWILD ON THE HILLSBOROUGH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 106, PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
