NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST DAISY M. PRICE A/K/A DAISY MCCLAMMA PRICE, DECEASED; BOYCE C. GILLETTE, JR., AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DAISY M. PRICE A/K/A DAISY MCCLAMMA PRICE, DECEASED; OSCAR EUGENE BASS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DAISY M.
