NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 03, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-001028 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein FIDELITY BANK is the Plaintiff and JOE E. CREASER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOE E. CREASER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - MIDDLE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/21/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
