NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-014410, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DAO TRUONG, LONG TRUONG, M/I HOMES OF TAMPA, LLC, WATSON GLEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED WATSON GLEN PHASE I, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 71 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
