NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023784, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALICIA M. CECIL A/K/A ALICIA CECIL, COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICIA M. CECIL A/K/A ALICIA CECIL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 1A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
