NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-013004, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MANUEL BONILLA A/K/A MANUEL A BONILLA, COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL BONILLA A/K/A MANUEL A BONILLA, MONICA N YOUNG and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, BLOCK 6, COUNTRY HILLS, UNIT ONE C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, AT PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
