NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-010772, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL ABRAMOWITZ; FIDDLERS COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 38, FIDDLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4574, PAGE 947, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
