NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-014145, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and JOAN R. LACEY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A AMY FRYER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORER OF THE NE 1/2 OF THE SE 1/2 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, RUN SOUTH 947 FEET AND WEST 350 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE WEST 325 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 325 FEET AND THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
