NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016477, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and ELSA GREY A/K/A ELSA GREY GOMEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN GOMEZ; BRANDON FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; NATASHIA GOMEZ; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 2, OF BRANDON FOREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 2 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
