NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004200, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and OLIVER L. BLACK, JR.; STEFENEY D. BLACK A/K/A STEFENEY BLACK; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF NORTH 125 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 26, EAST POINT SUBDIVISION. ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
