NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013 and entered in case 12-CA-000713 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Plaintiff, and Shireen R. Chada, Michele Lyons, and Jeff Boehning are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on the 23 of July , 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 1, Block 10, Temple Terrace Riverside Subdivision, Unit #2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Forida.
