Final Judgment was awarded on April 15, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-007999, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and JOSHUA PATRICK BOYLE; JENNIFER LEE BOYLE A/K/A JENNIFER LEE GUMPERT A/K/A JENNIFER L.; GEORGE CHARLES GUMPERT, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA PATRICK BOYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER LEE BOYLE A/K/A JENNIFER LEE GUMPERT A/K/A ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES GUMPERT, SR; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 3, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 28, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE 292 THROUGH 307, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
