NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-005452-DIVISION K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-fr5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-fr5, is the Plaintiff and Ernesto Rodriguez, Graciela Rodriguez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
