NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-011782 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA 2006-12, is the Plaintiff and Deanna L. Russell, Carroll Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc, Regions Bank, Unknown Tenant #1 A/K/A Daniel Payne, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT6-B, BLOCK 5, CARROLL OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
