NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-021417 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicnig, LP, is the Plaintiff and Aniceta A. Torres F/K/A Aniceta A. Panopio, Plantation Homeowners, Inc., Ricardo N. Torres, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
