NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-024418 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Ambar Ramirez, David Ramirez, Jane Doe (Name Refused), John Doe n/k/a Faahmi Abraham , Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., The Preserve at Temple Terrace Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
